Sans Duke

During down time while in Gratis, Brint Powell began experimenting with electronics. First starting with just a synthesizer and a cassette four track. Slowly adding more gear to his setup such as samplers, fx processors the experiments started turning into full fledged songs and Sans Duke was born! The music is a mix of samples that are performed live, mixed with synthesizers, electronic drums, and other sound fx processors. With unconventional song structures and the loose live feel, the music resides somewhere between dance music and the avant garde.
